Cancellation Policy
I understand, the treatments I receive are voluntary and I release this skin care professional from liability and assume full responsibility thereof. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hrs. before your appointment. Cancellations made before the appointment will allow for rebooking, subject to availability. Please note that rebooking is at the discretion of the spa and depends on our scheduling. We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible should you need to make changes to your appointment.
