Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hrs. before your appointment. Cancellations made before the appointment will allow for rebooking, subject to availability. Please note that rebooking is at the discretion of the spa and depends on our scheduling. We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible should you need to make changes to your appointment. Your adherence to this policy helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all of our clients. All treatments will end as scheduled, so as not to delay next scheduled client. All services requiring one or more hours will be scheduled with a deposit to reserve the appointment. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. SAME-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made on the same day as your appointment, a $25 fee will apply, and an invoice will be sent to you. NO-SHOW POLICY: If you’re unable to make it to your appointment and don’t provide prior notice, we’ll need to charge 50% of the total service fee. An invoice will be sent to you.
